Wenatchee Condos For Sale: As of 3/14/2008

Here are links to the current inventory of Wenatchee area condos for sale.

Under $210,000: (33 total) There has been a new release of a group of condos under $110,000) in the recently converted and renovated Park Circle complex. These are 1 bed, 1 bath units with approximately 500 square feet each.

There will also be 2 condo listings coming up in Cashmere about the first of April, in the under $150,000 range. These will be fully renovated, 2 bedroom, 1 bath units in a 12 year old building.

Over $210,000: (38 total) Over half of these listings (18) are at the new Wenatchee waterfront "Riverwalk Place" development of condos, ranging in price from $440,000 - $650,000.

Activity, in general, has picked up as Spring approaches. There are currently 18 condos Pending, ranging in price from $89,900 to $625,000.

There are a total of 34, priced from $92,900 for a renovated 1 bed, 1 bath, 602 square foot condo on Pennsylvania to $235,000 for a 3 bed, 2 bath, 1876 condo on Whitebirch in Cashmere. There are also 4 other Cashmere condos, priced at $139,900 each among the list.

Here is a a link to all condos currently for sale in the Wenatchee area over $250,000. There are a total of 40, priced from $269,500 for a very nice (2003 construction) 2 bedroom, 2 bath 1403 square foot unit in the Cherry Lane development off Maiden Lane to a high of $535,000 for one of the 3 bedroom, 2 bath, 2100 square foot) condos under construction in the Walla Walla Street riverfront development.

Carol's Picks:
My pick of the post among the under $250,000 batch of condos are the units on River St. in Cashmere. These have been recently renovated as a 4-plex conversion and offer the most affordable modern living in Cashmere. Cashmere is a highly sought after community and finding anything affordable that is not quite old is almost impossible.

Among the $250,000 and over batch, my pick of the post is the unit in the Cherry Lane development. This is a very attractive , highly secure, set of buildings. This particular unit has been extremely well cared for and has a fabulous view overlooking the confluence of the Wenatchee and Columbia Rivers and the entire Wenatchee Valley.

Wenatchee Condos: May Closed & Pendings

According to the statistics I collected from our local Wenatchee MLS, during the month of May there were:
10 condos sold (closed)
10 went pending (scheduled to close)

Prices ranged from $126,900 to $625,000.

There is still a good supply of condos available in Wenatchee, Cashmere and Leavenworth, starting as low as $69,900 on up. The least expensive is in the Washington West condo complex, and the most expensive at Wenatchee's Riverfront condo development currently under construction near the Wenatchee waterfront.
