31 units Under 200,000
47 units Over 201,000
4 units in Cashmere (139,900 - $144,900)
Condos are selling, but buyers seem to prefer the newer construction. Of the 12 condos (in all price ranges) currently pending, 8 are pre-sales in the Stoney Court and River Walk developments. If you, or someone you know, is looking for "new" at an affordable price, there are a number of condo conversions with units that have been completely remodeled.
I'll take some time over the next few days to post listings specific to complex including, but not limited to: Parkside, Rocklund, Vista, Stoney Court, River Walk and River Street.
