I just read in the Wenatchee World that units in the new Riverfront Condos are going for as much as 650,000?!?! WHAT?! To me, 650K is a little expensive fora 2,100 Sq. Ft. unit. I don't care if it's Riverfront or not.. but then again there are some cheaper units..Living in a condo such as those would be nice..but definitely far too much than what people's pocketbooks can afford.
Hi Tim: Yes, the riverfront condos are going to be expensive. Obviously, these will not be affordable to the mass market. But there are a lot of more affordable condos available in Wenatchee... starting at around $95,000.
